Welcome to SkillUnify Academy. By enrolling in our board coaching programs (CBSE/ICSE Mathematics & Physics), attending our trial classes, or accessing our websites, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following academic terms and conditions.

1. Student Responsibilities & Conduct

We maintain a premium, collaborative learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Maintain polite behavior towards instructors, staff members, and fellow batchmates.
• Attend classes punctually according to scheduled batch slots.
• Submit weekly homework sheets and mock exam papers on time.
• Refrain from copying answers during assessments or sharing internal mock papers.

2. Attendance Guidelines

To ensure optimal academic results, a minimum of 80% attendance is highly recommended for all courses. If a student misses a session due to health concerns, parents must notify the help desk beforehand. We will schedule online doubt clearing backup slots to keep the student on track.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

Tuition fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the monthly billing cycle or semester program as agreed during admission. Late payments may attract minor penalties or lead to temporary suspension of classroom entry.

4. Academic Refund Policy

Admission and course fee policies are defined clearly under our Refund Guidelines. Registration fee payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillUnify Academy implements experienced instructors and custom test methodologies. However, we do not guarantee specific percentages, ranks, or scores in CBSE/ICSE board exams. Academic success depends heavily on student practice, effort, and regular review.
