Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SkillUnify Academy, we strive to build transparent relationships with parents and students. This page details our official refund rules, admission cancellation clauses, and processing timelines.
1. Admission & Registration Fees
The initial registration or seat reservation fee paid at the time of locking admission slots is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers administrative processes and study materials compiled for the student.
2. Course Fee Cancellations
If a parent requests to cancel an active course enrollment due to relocation or other unavoidable circumstances:
- Cancellations requested before the commencement of the first academic class session are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid monthly tuition fee.
- Cancellations requested within the first week of class sessions are eligible for a 50% refund of the month's fee.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations requested after the first week of active sessions.
3. Processing & Timeline
Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days. The amount will be refunded directly via the original payment source (bank transfer, UPI, or cash receipt).
4. Disclaimer on Suspensions
If a student is suspended or expelled from our premises due to severe disciplinary issues (such as harassment, bullying, or cheating), no refund of paid tuition fees will be granted under any circumstances.
